For this piece I worked directly from my drawing pattern, creating both the silhouette and the fabric. For the textile, I drew directly onto white organic cotton with a black marker creating a large scale line drawing. Additionally I made a pair of shoes. The dress is a size 36 French. These sculptures are both art and high fashion: wearable art.

An installation for my latest perfume creation Sharp. On the floor of the gallery space I randomly placed 12.000 perfume blotters after stamping them with my brand identity. A lacquered polyacryl text work with the title of the exhibition was placed on the main wall of the gallery space, framed with hand made paper moldings. Fragrance Sharp filled the exhibition space over the course of the show and visitors could get a splash of the scent from the gallery staff.

An artisan-made dress where I carved my signature drawing pattern into the industrial material Low density cross-linked Polyethylene. The dress was design by Cedric Rivrain using my drawings and choice/manipulation of material as inspiration. The dress was hand stitched from top to bottom. For this project I additionally created a headpiece shaped with soft clay, scanned and printed by a three-dimensional printer. These sculptures are both custom-made art and high fashion: wearable art.

EXHIBITION

A 5 meter roll of paper-fabric with my signature pencil-drawing pattern turned into a three dimensional sculpture in the form of a dress. For this solo show I created custom made wall moldings out of low-density- cross-linked polyethylene and premiered my second perfume creation titled Craft, filling the exhibition space with the scent through the course of the show distributing only 200 samples.

EXHIBITION

My first perfume creation. A unisex perfume, a complex woody/oriental fragrance that starts out fresh, fruity and green. The base is musky and leathery with a hint of amber and the middle is warm and woody. For the exhibition I created a wall piece, a pencil drawing made up of 252 individual blotters, all signed and numbered available to the gallery visitors as a perfume sample. S M A R T was exhibited in an edition of four 50 ml bottles, all hand-carved with a customized Lg Hi-Macs box.
